Sound familiar?
Dog waste shouldn't be your maintenance crew's job.
- ✕Residents emailing about dog waste on the lawn
- ✕Bag dispensers sitting empty
- ✕Station bins overflowing by the weekend
- ✕Maintenance stuck scooping instead of real work
There's an easier way.
One local team services your stations, keeps bags stocked, empties the bins and cleans the grounds on a set route. You get one monthly fee and photo proof after every visit.

Peace of mind
Clean common areas residents notice
Dog waste is one of the most common complaints strata councils and property managers get. A regular route means the lawn stays usable, the stations stay stocked and the emails stop.
You deal with one local team that knows your property, not a different crew every week. No chasing suppliers for bags, no scheduling cleanups, no surprise invoices. It just gets done.
