Terms of Service
Welcome to Dog Waste Solutions! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients and staff.
Initial Setup Fee
A one-time initial setup and service fee of $30.00 is required for your first service visit. This fee covers up to 30 minutes of cleaning, account setup, and any additional time needed to address waste accumulation.
If the first visit exceeds 30 minutes, additional time will be charged at $1.50 per minute.
Large Yard Surcharge
For yards larger than ½ acre (21,780 square feet), an additional $5 per visit will be applied to account for the extra time required.
One-Time Cleanings
A 50% deposit is required to secure a one-time cleaning appointment as these are scheduled outside our regular routes.
If the cleaning exceeds 1 hour, an additional fee of $1.50 per minute will apply.
Payment Policies
Invoices are issued in advance to ensure payment is received within the same month that service is provided.
A late fee of $30.00 will be assessed on accounts overdue by 30 days.
We offer prepay options with discounts, which can be applied to your account at any time.
Service Schedule
Service days are assigned based on your location. While we aim to provide service on the same day each week, specific times cannot be guaranteed due to route variations and traffic conditions.
Safety Requirements
We require safe access to service areas. Yards must be free of hazards such as construction materials or other dangers. If an area is deemed unsafe, service will be postponed until conditions improve.
Weather and Service Interruptions
In cases of extreme weather or hazardous conditions (e.g., smoke), missed visits will be made up if possible within the same week. If not, accrued waste will be collected during your next scheduled visit.
If you choose to handle waste removal during our absence, we will provide a credit.
COVID-19 Policy
In the event of a quarantine or shutdown, we will make every effort to reschedule missed visits. If this is not possible, similar to extreme weather policies, credits will be issued for self-managed waste removal. For subsequent visits, we will account for the additional waste accumulation.
Service Limitations
If access to your yard is blocked (e.g., locked gates or aggressive dogs), the visit will still be charged. Additional waste collected during the next visit will also be accounted for.
If you do not require our services for a specific week, notify us in advance, and we will remove you from the route for that period, providing a credit for missed service.
Yard Conditions
Long grass, leaves, or yard debris can obscure waste, potentially affecting our ability to provide a thorough cleanup. We cannot guarantee perfect results in such conditions.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We value long-term relationships with our clients but reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions become intolerable or unsafe for our staff.
