Perfect for property managers and busy pet owners, we offer flexible scheduling, including servicing weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanups for special occasions. We are centrally located in Parksville with weekly service routes from Nanaimo to the Comox Valley and Port Alberni.
Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Residential Service
We come to your location on your scheduled service day and send you a text message an hour before we arrive. Our team uses a rake and walks in a systematic grid to make sure all waste is picked up. If there are spots with leftover waste or strong odors, we spray those areas to help dissolve the waste and neutralize the smell. After that, we treat, double bag, and dispose of the waste in your trash bin. Rest assured, we always lock the gates securely before leaving.
One Time Cleanings - Residential
We can perform one time clean ups for parties, move outs or move ins, landscaping projects, etc.. These are billed at a minimum of 1 hour.
Commercial + HOA
Dog Waste Solutions provides a range of services to foster pet-friendly environments for communities, businesses, and apartment complexes. We collaborate with Property Management Groups and Home Owners Associations to develop customized plans tailored to each property's unique needs and budget. Our offerings may include walking the grounds to clean up, setting up and maintaining Pet Waste Stations, and establishing dog relief areas, or any combination of these services. Stations receive weekly maintenance, and ground walking schedules can be adjusted to meet the specific requirements of each property.
